  Laser Checks Printed - Your checks can be stored electronically and printed upon request. The process includes scanning your original check and storing it to Flash DIMM for printing through your laser printer. When storing your checks electronically, PHAS will print as if it were an original check, complete with security formatting check numbers, and pertinent account information with two stubs for tracking purposes. Simply select the laser check option on-line and the check will be generated and ready to mail.
  HUD Forms Printed on Plain Paper - When printing HUD forms, an original quality HUD form is generated with all information completely filled out and ready to present to HUD. This means that you no longer put the specific form in the printer and hope that the printed information lines upon the form. And there is no more typing HUD forms manually, based on computer generated reports. The result is increased accuracy and legibility of the forms and increased staff productivity.
  Electronically Printed Letterhead for Correspondence - Using the same technology that we use for the HUD forms and laser checks, your letterhead can be stored electronically and printed upon request. When storing your letterhead electronically, the form letters produced through PHAS will print as if they were on original letterhead. Rather than putting letterhead in the paper tray (and hope that you lined it up in the proper direction) again, select the letterhead option on-line, the letter will be generated. This is accomplished without leaving your desk. If you have different locations or departments that use different letterheads, the system allows you to specify which letterhead to use with each letter. The electronic letterhead provides a more professional appearance to your tenants, landlords, and owners.
